Section 87
Arrest warrants can be issued and property can be seized
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in section 86, if any accused is absent on the previously appointed date and the court deems it necessary to arrest him and bring him to court, the court may issue an arrest warrant in accordance with section 58 to arrest such accused and freeze the property of such accused. .
(2) Upon the issuance of an order in accordance with sub-section (1), the relevant police officer shall arrest the accused and the property of the accused shall be seized by the relevant customs office or other body or institution.
